Room Hire

The church building is available for one-off hire subject to availability and the nature of the event/activity. We do not hire the building out on Sundays as we are an active, worshipping church, and we don't have any availability during December - as you can imagine this is our busy period!

Room booking prices:
£17.50 per hour for the large hall up to 4 hours. 4+ hours is charged at £85
£12.50 per hour for the small hall up to 4 hours. 4+ hours is charged at £70
£25 per hour for both the large hall and small hall up to 4 hours. 4+ hours is charged at £120
Very approx sizes:
Main Hall - L = 11.6M, W = 8.9M
Small Hall - L = 5.9M, W = 8.9M

The time booked should include time to set up and pack down/clean after your party. We usually recommend you hire the hall for at least 30 minutes either side of your party time to allow for this. All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions which can be viewed here. As stated in these Ts and Cs, Worle Baptist Church's insurance cover does not extend to external hirers, therefore you should have your own insurance cover for your event.
